![]() Once the table is selected, we once again choose the Insert Tab and from the area of the ribbon named Text we select the command Object, and from the drop down menu we select the Object command as we can see below.Ĥ. Procedure that requires time and effort! With Word though, the procedure to convert a the data of a table in the document into a chart is very simple. Once we have done that, we then copy and paste our chart into our Word document. Usually what we do is to input our data into a spreadsheet of Excel and then create the chart. Sometimes in our document we may have created a table with data that we want to represent into a chart.
